Release of GhostDrift Mid-to-Long-Term Business Plan 2026–2030: A 5-Year Strategy Integrating IP, Implementation, and AI Governance Standardization

GhostDrift has released its "Mid-to-Long-Term Business Plan 2026–2030," which outlines our integrated approach to developing the intellectual property (IP) foundation, evaluation infrastructure, and standardization connections for decision-making infrastructure over the next five years.

This plan sets forth a 5-year strategy to socially implement the "mathematics of decision-making," a concept we continuously pursue, through our licensing business, implementation support, and connection to AI governance standardization.

Rather than monopolizing end products, GhostDrift is building a licensing business model that provides the "computational core" and "governance templates" operating behind various products and systems. Concurrently, we will advance the construction of a global IP foundation for our key technology areas, the development of evaluation infrastructures and reference implementations equipped with auditability and responsibility boundaries, and our active connection to domestic and international AI governance standardization discussions.

We position the translation of AI governance from abstract principles into implementable elements—such as audit logs, demarcation of responsibility, evaluation methods, and reference implementations—as a crucial mid-to-long-term policy. Furthermore, we aim to present our implementation infrastructure, which ensures auditability, clear responsibility boundaries, and evaluability, as a viable implementation candidate contributing to Japan-originated AI governance standardization and specification, thereby enhancing its external referability.

The release of this plan externally articulates our business policies and target states. For detailed business definitions, the 5-year roadmap, and our investment and financial policies, please refer to the following page.
