GhostDriftは、「意思決定の数理」に基づく中核技術を知的財産として整備し、ライセンス提供、実装支援、評価基盤の提供を通じて、次世代AIシステムの意思決定インフラを支える研究開発型企業です。 2026年から2030年にかけて、責任が事後に移動しない構造と監査可能性を備えた基盤技術の社会実装を進めるとともに、グローバル知財ポートフォリオの構築とAIガバナンス標準化への接続を推進します。
GhostDrift is a research and development company that supports the decision-making infrastructure of next-generation AI systems by developing core technologies based on the mathematics of decision-making as intellectual property, and by providing licensing, implementation support, and evaluation infrastructure.
From 2026 to 2030, we will advance the social implementation of foundational technologies equipped with structures in which responsibility cannot shift after the fact and with auditability, while also promoting the construction of a global intellectual property portfolio and engagement with AI governance standardization.

Business Model
自社で最終製品を独占するのではなく、各種製品・システムの背後で稼働する「計算の核」と「ガバナンスの型」を提供し、その利用に対する対価を得るライセンス型事業を構築します。
Rather than monopolizing end products ourselves, we will build a licensing-based business that provides the “computational core” and the “governance framework” operating behind a wide range of products and systems, and derives value from their use.

Beaconアーキテクチャ、有限閉包、UWP、ADIC、量子コンピューティング応用など、「意思決定の数理」を体現する重点技術領域を中核対象とし、研究開発の進展に応じて重点配分を調整しながら、グローバル特許出願（PCT）を含む知財展開を進めます。
We will treat key technology domains embodying the mathematics of decision-making—including the Beacon Architecture, Finite Closure, UWP, ADIC, and applications in quantum computing—as core areas, and will advance intellectual property deployment, including global patent filings (PCT), while flexibly adjusting priorities in line with the progress of research and development.

Phase 1（基盤構築）、Phase 2（グローバル展開・ルール形成）、Phase 3（収益化・実装）の3段階で、知財基盤、制度接続、事業化の進展を段階的に進めます。
Across three phases—Phase 1 (Foundation Building), Phase 2 (Global Expansion and Rule Formation), and Phase 3 (Monetization and Implementation)—we will advance our IP base, institutional alignment, and commercialization in a staged manner.
Phase 1: 基盤構築と国際出願 (Year 0 - Year 1)
Foundation Building and International Filings
重点技術領域について、概念実証、基礎出願、国際出願（PCT）に向けた整理を並行して進めます。同時に、国内AIガイドライン等への準拠を見据え、監査ログ・責任分界・評価枠組みに関する論点整理を行い、標準化委員会や産業対話への接続を開始します。 ・重点技術領域ごとの出願戦略確定 ・PCT出願実行 ・初期PoC資産・評価枠組み公開 ・国内標準化・産業対話の接続開始
For the key technology domains, we will proceed in parallel with proof-of-concept development, foundational patent filings, and preparation for international patent filings (PCT). At the same time, with a view toward compliance with domestic AI guidelines and related frameworks, we will organize issues concerning audit logs, responsibility boundaries, and evaluation frameworks, and begin engagement with standardization committees and industrial dialogue.

Phase 2: グローバル展開とルール形成 (Year 2 - Year 3)
Global Expansion and Rule Formation
最重要の投資フェーズ。国際調査報告と事業優先度を踏まえ、主要国・主要地域への特許移行を実行し、知財基盤を構築します。また、国際標準化団体や関連議論に対し、実装参照や評価法の提案を進めます。 ・主要国・主要地域への移行判断と権利化方針の実行 ・相互運用・評価指標の外部提案 ・実証導入・ライセンス交渉の開始
This will be a major investment phase. Based on international search reports and business priorities, we will execute patent national phase entries in key countries and regions and build our IP foundation. At the same time, we will advance proposals on reference implementations and evaluation methods to international standardization bodies and related discussions.

特許権利化の進展に伴い、初期ライセンスから商用有償契約への転換を本格化します。また、GhostDriftの実装プロファイルや評価方式が、外部の調達・監査・標準化議論において参照可能な形で位置づけられることを目指します。 ・商用ライセンス契約の継続化 ・実装プロファイルの外部参照化 ・知財・評価基盤・制度接続の一体運用
As patent rights progress toward grant, we will accelerate the transition from initial licensing arrangements to commercial paid contracts. In parallel, we aim for GhostDrift’s implementation profiles and evaluation methods to be positioned in forms that can be referenced in external procurement, audit, and standardization discussions.

投資・財務方針
Investment and Financial Policy
投資の中心は、国際出願・各国移行・権利維持・技術翻訳・現地代理人対応から成る知財基盤の構築、および評価基盤・参照実装・標準化活動を支える専門人材への投資です。 現時点では、主要国・主要地域への移行が集中する時期を投資ピークと想定し、知財防衛と事業化準備を一体で進めます。
Investment will be centered on building our IP foundation, including international filings, national phase entries, rights maintenance, technical translation, and local patent attorney support, as well as on specialized personnel who will support evaluation infrastructure, reference implementations, and standardization activities.
At present, we anticipate the investment peak to occur during the period when national and regional phase entries are concentrated, and we will advance IP defense and business preparation in an integrated manner.

推進体制
Execution Structure
「R&D・知財創出」「事業開発（ライセンス化）」「標準化・制度接続」の3本柱を担う専門人材へ投資し、少数精鋭によるIP事業体制の構築を進めます。
We will invest in specialized personnel responsible for three pillars—“R&D and IP creation,” “Business Development (Licensing),” and “Standardization and Institutional Alignment”—and will advance the construction of a lean and highly focused IP business structure.
