Our Philosophy
覚悟のある人や企業が、
損をしない社会をヒト×テクノロジーで実現する。
私たちが目指すのは、不確実な現実に正面から向き合い、守るべきもののために責任を引き受けた人や企業が、後から一方的に不利を背負わされない社会です。
現実の運用には、ルールだけでは閉じきれない場面があります。情報不足、例外の発生、複数主体による責任の曖昧化。そのとき現実を前に進めるのは、最終的には誰かの意思決定です。しかもそれは、あらかじめ答えが与えられたものではありません。不確実な現実に対して、進むのか、踏みとどまるのかを決める「答えのない意思決定」です。
自ら言い逃れできない状態に身を置くこと。この答えのない意思決定を「引き受ける」とは本来そういうことであり、それこそが覚悟です。
覚悟とは何か
覚悟とは、実現すべき状態を現実にするために、答えのない意思決定を含む責任を、当事者として引き受けること。
引き受けるとは、単なる決意表明ではなく、自らの判断を事後検証可能な状態へと進んで置くという、極めて具体的な実践です。
ここでいう実現すべき状態とは、単なる理念や理想ではなく、実際の運用で達成されなければならない状態を指します。安全、適切な管理、品質の保持、説明可能性、第三者による事後検証。現実に実現されなければ意味を持たない状態です。
この状態の中に、その運用が運用たるための核があります。私たちはこれを Beacon と呼びます。
Beacon は単なる目印ではなく、失えば運用そのものが成り立たなくなる原点です。松下幸之助の「素志貫徹」にも通じる、企業やプロジェクトが何に依って立ち、何を守って進むのかを定める中心です。これを失うことは、志と魂、そして覚悟を失うことを意味します。覚悟とは、この Beacon に忠実であることを自ら引き受けることです。
企業運用における Beacon とは、何を守るために動き、何を損なうなら止まるのかを社会に対して引き受ける中核です。品質、安全、真正性、説明可能性、責任の所在。そのうち何を最後まで裏切らないのか。その答えが Beacon であり、個々の閾値や手順、帳票は、すべて Beacon に忠実であるための実装にすぎません。
覚悟の価値と、私たちが変えたい構造
覚悟ある人や企業が価値を持つのは、単に重い責任を負うからではなく、世界に守るべき意味を与えるからです。
覚悟のない者は、既存の軸や意味に乗ることはできても、自ら守るべきものを置き、意味を与えることはできません。対して、覚悟ある者は何を守るかを明示し、その軸に忠実に現実と向き合います。だからこそ、世界は単なる力関係や都合で流れるのではなく、守る価値のあるものとして立ち上がる。それはこの世界を「守るに値するもの」として肯定することであり、そこに覚悟の価値があります。
しかし現実には、覚悟を持った側ほど損をしやすい構造があります。
Beacon を明示した側は、自らもその軸に縛られます。決断し、記録し、説明する重さを引き受けるため、短期的には遅く、非効率に見えやすかった。一方、曖昧なまま進める側は、後から解釈をずらし、責任を分散し、言い逃れが容易なうえ、低コストで素早く見かけの成果を出せます。結果、覚悟を持たない側のほうが身軽で評価されやすいことすらありました。
これが、私たちが変えたい構造です。
AI時代の責任構造と、技術「ADIC」
この問題は、AI時代においてさらに深刻化します。AIが意思決定に入り込む2026年現在（会社設立時点）、もっともらしい後付けの解釈はいくらでも可能になります。誰が、何を根拠にその決断を引き受けたのか。それが後から言い逃れできない形で残らなければ、責任は簡単に蒸発します。
私たちの技術 ADIC は、この課題への答えです。
ADIC は、人が責任を「引き受ける」という行為そのものを数学的に実装する技術です。ルールで閉じきれない責任領域を網羅的に検出し、曖昧な運用判断を言い逃れできない責任へと変える。後から基準や解釈がどう変わろうとも、その瞬間に何を実現すべきだったのかを動かせない記録として残す。そうすることで、その判断が Beacon に忠実であったかを誰もが確認できるようにする。
ADIC は、覚悟を美談で終わらせず、「引き受けた」という事実を検証可能な責任構造へ変える技術です。

We envision a society where individuals and organizations that confront an uncertain reality head-on—taking responsibility for what must be protected—are not later forced to bear an unfair burden.
Real-world operations inevitably face situations that predefined rules cannot fully capture. Information falls short. Exceptions arise. With multiple entities involved, the lines of decision-making and accountability often blur. In such moments, moving forward ultimately requires a human decision. These are not choices with ready-made answers. Faced with uncertainty, deciding whether to advance, hold ground, or pause—these are decisions without definitive answers.
To willingly step into a state of undeniable accountability—that is what it truly means to "take ownership" of these unanswerable decisions. That is the very essence of resolve.
What is Resolve?
Resolve means taking ownership of responsibility, including those unanswerable decisions, to turn what must be done into reality.
"Taking ownership" is no mere declaration of intent. It is the highly concrete practice of willingly exposing your judgments to uncompromising, after-the-fact scrutiny.
The "required reality" referred to here is not a collection of lofty ideals. It is a condition that must be met in actual operations: Safety. Proper management. Sustained quality. Explainability. Verifiability by third parties. These concepts are meaningless unless they manifest in reality.
Within this required reality lies the core that gives the operation its reason to exist. We call this the Beacon.
A Beacon is not just a marker. It is the absolute origin; if lost, the operation itself collapses. Echoing Konosuke Matsushita's concept of Soshi Kantetsu (unwavering commitment to one's original purpose), the Beacon is the center that defines what a person, company, or project stands for and what it fights to protect. To lose it is to lose one's ambition and soul. Resolve means accepting the burden of remaining completely faithful to this Beacon.
In business, a Beacon is more than a rule or a prerequisite. It is a core commitment to society—defining what a company operates to protect, and what it would rather halt operations than compromise. Quality, safety, authenticity, explainability, accountability. Which of these will be upheld to the bitter end? The answer is the Beacon. Individual thresholds, procedures, and ledgers are merely the tools designed to serve it.
The Value of Resolve and the Structure We Want to Change
Individuals and organizations with resolve hold value not simply because they bear heavy burdens, but because they give the world meaning worth protecting.
Those without resolve can follow paths defined by others, but they cannot decide what must be protected. They can ride on existing meanings, but they cannot create new ones. Conversely, those with resolve explicitly declare what they protect and face reality faithfully along that axis. This is why the world emerges as something worth protecting, rather than passively drifting on power dynamics or convenience. It is a profound affirmation of each other, of life, and of the world itself. This is the true value of resolve.
In reality, however, a structural flaw often penalizes those who possess this resolve.
Those who explicitly set a Beacon are inevitably bound by it. Because they shoulder the weight of deciding, recording, and explaining, they often appear slower and less efficient in the short term. Meanwhile, those who proceed in ambiguity can easily shift interpretations later, diffuse responsibility, and evade accountability. They keep costs low and quickly produce superficial results. As a consequence, those without resolve often seem more agile and sometimes even receive higher praise.
This is the structure we are determined to change.
The Responsibility Structure in the AI Era and the Technology "ADIC"
This structural flaw becomes critical in the AI era. As AI integrates into decision-making, it becomes effortless to fabricate plausible after-the-fact justifications. Who took ownership of the decision, and on what grounds? If this is not preserved in an undeniable format, accountability simply evaporates.
Our technology, ADIC, is our direct answer to this challenge.
ADIC mathematically implements the human act of "taking ownership." It exhaustively detects responsibility gaps that rules alone cannot cover, transforming ambiguous operational judgments into undeniable accountability. No matter how standards or interpretations may shift after the fact, ADIC preserves what had to be achieved at that exact moment as an unalterable record. This ensures that anyone can verify whether a judgment remained truly faithful to the Beacon.

The Japanese technical cultural tradition of Wasan (traditional mathematics)—the practice of dedicating one's intellect to an open forum for public verification, and taking responsibility within the limits of the knowable. Rather than escaping through endless retroactive justifications, we define finite conditions and take full responsibility within them. Because our technology is born from this cultural soil, we firmly believe it is uniquely equipped to anchor the governance of the coming era. We are committed to nurturing it as a proud technology from Japan.
We do not seek a society that uses hindsight explanations to gloss over the truth; we seek a society of undeniable accountability. Beyond that, we strive to build a world where the core values set forth by those with resolve are never trampled by ambiguity or convenience—ensuring these individuals and organizations never suffer an unfair disadvantage.
